The Food Security Portal is pleased to host the recording of this webinar.
This webinar on "Catalyzing the use of aflatoxin control technologies in Kenya and Ghana" was organized by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI), and International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA). The webinar shared recent research on aflatoxin control technologies and included a discussion of how to increase use of these technologies to improve food safety.
Two key documents informing this discussion were two project notes developed by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) that synthesize emerging evidence on the technologies and strategies used for aflatoxin control in Ghana and Kenya. These resources can be found at the links below.
Funding for this event was generously provided by the CGIAR Research Program on Agriculture for Nutrition and Health (A4NH), led by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands through NWO-WOTRO Science for Global Development.
